We set it up ourselves no staff to assist, but I guess it's just a guaranteed chair considering there's no occupation limit on the park. We opened the complimentary cooler and literal hot steam came out. We had a disabled person in our party and it was almost impossible for them to get to the Luxury Lounge we'd rented and the "shaded area" the lounges are in is a beach shade tent. If there had been a storm, there would have been a stampede. The entire park was absolutely choked with people, so any sort of social distancing is impossible. COVID Precautions: It's mostly outside-that's it. The facilities are excellent, multiple choices for food and drink, staff is friendly. I noticed that there was no choice in the Date of Visit on the tickets, but didn't think much of it since we were heading there on a Tuesday afternoon and I was certain there'd be some sort of crowd control or the slightest bit of precautions taken. It looks amazing online, so we purchased tickets. Splash down tr8ed to cover it up and blame us for not properly putting on her vest, when it is their negligence for not keeping safe equipment and throwing away ones that are not up to date ! Will never take the kids there again. The problem is the life vest had to of had sharp fringes that cut her during the hr she was in the wave pool. Yes we put it on properly yes it was the right size. She woke up in pain between her thighs when we asked what happened she showed us a 3 inch rope burn from the strap of the life vest. After searching for what we thought was the safest vest for our 2 grandbabies to wear in the wave pool we found out the day after my granddaughters was not safe. These life vest should be checked daily and thrown away and replaced when unsafe. Many of the life vest were so sun faded they were ripping, the vest itself looked as if oversized children wore the vest stretching out the material away from the padding. We were there on Sat, the life vest they provided were sun faded, fabric was brittle and ripping we had to search 20 min to find 2 lifev3st that were safe enough to use on my 2 yr old grandson and 4 yr old granddaughter. Make sure to bring cash for the tips for your sever (especially if you get an amazing one!) they really appreciate it. Tips: If you rent a cabana don’t bring water! They serve you a pitcher of iced water all day long for free. We will definitely be back again next year and definitely with a cabana rental. We left around 6:15pm and paid our food bill with our severs and gave them a nice tip. The lazy river was a fave all day along with coconut pool. And my daughter ate chicken tenders and fries which were a hit. Our mothers got salads and ice creams which got a thumbs up. Food tasted great! Husband got a Sicilian, bacon cheeseburger and waffles from the waffle hut which were so fresh and tasty. The bathrooms were meticulously cleaned very often and every time me or family went it was clean. It was a cloudy, not so hot day so the park wasn’t crowded at all. They took such great care of us all day and always had a smile even though they were short staffed that day. We had cabana 12 by the wave pool and it was a perfect spot! Our servers for the day were absolutely amazing. Checked in at Adventure Island to receive our cabana wristbands and free locker that is given to you with the cabana reservation. Got to the park by 10:15am and parking was a breeze.
